We will not use your personal data for any other purpose other than for this nomination. Full details of how we use personal data are available in our Privacy Statement.

Not all award categories will have shortlisted candidates. Specific awards will have individual winners.

Specific award categories will be shortlisted on performance over a sustained period of time.

Entries will be judged by a panel of impartial judges. Judges will disclose to organisers any reservations they may have in judging any specific category if there is any conflict of interest.

Those shortlisted must be available to attend a finalist interview in London/Manchester in October 2019 and the main Awards ceremony in London in early November 2019.

Finalists for the awards will be issued with an official “The Hajj Awards” logo to promote on any marketing material.

Previous relationships, future relationships or any existing interaction may not have any bearing on entries, entrants or entry requirements between sponsors, judges, speakers, The Hajj Awards and any company or person associated with the event.

If you have a relationship with a The Hajj Awards judge you may still enter, but any conflicts of interest must be disclosed prior.

Winners will be announced and receive their trophy at the awards ceremony in London. There will be no prior disclosure.

Shortlisted winners will be notified in advance and offered a complimentary ticket to attend the final. Winners who are not present at the ceremony will be contacted to arrange collection or delivery of their trophy after the event. Duplicate trophies will be available at a charge.

Our team will continue due diligence checks on all finalists after they have been announced. The finalist list issued on the day of the event will be conclusive and you may be removed prior to that if the information you provide is not valid.

The judges’ decision is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
