The Hajj Awards are open to all Hajj & Umrah related companies within or serving the UK which includes Scotland, England, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Nominations can be made by Licensed Hajj & Umrah Tour Operators and their authorised ATOL sub-agents whom they have agreements with only. The organiser reserves the right to reject any entrant that is deemed not to meet this basic criteria.  Additionally, Airlines, Airline Consolidators, Hoteliers may also nominate.

The organiser will categorise the awards accordingly.

Nominations will be invited from the UK Hajj & Umrah Tour Operators, Pilgrims and notable organisations in the UK representing British Muslims.

A shortlist will be compiled based on the number of nominations received, feedback from the CBHUK Hajj & Umrah Survey and Market intelligence.

Voting will then commence on the shortlisted companies.

The company with the highest number of votes in a particular category will win.

Where votes are the same, the organiser may at its discretion cast a winning vote.

All votes will be verified by an independent party/parties prior.

Any publication, mention or promotion of the UK Hajj & Umrah Excellence Awards (The Hajj Awards) must be approved in writing from CBHUK – The Organisers of the Awards.

Previous relationships, future relationships or any existing interaction may not have any bearing on entries, entrants or entry requirements between sponsors, judges, speakers, the UK Hajj & Umrah Excellence Awards (The Hajj Awards) and any company or person associated with the event.

If you have a relationship with a UK Hajj & Umrah Excellence Awards (The Hajj Awards) judge you may still enter, but any conflicts of interest must be disclosed prior.

Winners will be announced and receive their trophy at the awards ceremony. There will be no prior disclosure. Shortlisted winners will be notified in advance and offered complimentary tickets to attend. Winners who are not present at the ceremony will be contacted to arrange collection or delivery of their trophy after the event. Duplicate trophies will be available at a charge.

If the awards ceremony is abandoned, cancelled or suspended in whole or in part by reason of war, fire, national emergency, labour dispute, strike, lockout, civil disturbance, inevitable accident, the non-availability of the venue premises, or any other cause not within the control of the organisers, the organisers shall be under no obligation to compensate participants in any way with associated costs (e.g. hotel accommodation, pre-paid travel expenses etc). The organisers reserve the right to change the venue and/or timing of the awards ceremony or the awards format at any time.
